Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Demons Row is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Demons Row is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
